Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using IntellibizOps ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
IntellibizOps provides AI-assisted business management tools for small and medium enterprises. The AI is advisory only — it proposes actions for you to review and approve. You are responsible for every decision implemented in your business.
3. Your account
- One account per business (tenant). You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your business.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or model weights
- Use the Service to violate any law (including tax, employment, and data protection law)
- Upload data you do not have the right to process
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
- Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with notice where possible.
5. AI suggestions and your decisions
IntellibizOps' AI agents propose actions (reorders, price changes, supplier emails, schedule changes, etc.).
All proposals require your explicit approval before they execute. We do not warrant that AI suggestions are correct, optimal, or appropriate for your specific situation, and we have no obligation to detect errors in our outputs. You bear full responsibility for the actions you accept.
6. Pricing and billing
Pricing is published on intellibizops.com. We may change pricing for new billing cycles with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions honour the price at sign-up until renewal.
Specific subscription terms (trial period, refund policy, payment cadence) will be added prior to commercial launch.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Account & Privacy. Upon deletion, your data is anonymised in audit logs and hard-deleted from main tables, in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with 14 days' written notice (or immediately for serious or repeated breaches).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Polish and EU law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied
- Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity
- We are not liable for losses caused by your use of (or refusal of) AI suggestions
Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the data you upload. We retain all rights to the Service, software, model prompts, and related IP. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Warsaw, except where mandatory EU consumer protection rules give you a different forum.
11. Changes
We will notify you by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date implies acceptance.
